Terms of Service

Squeaky Club, LLC sends service enquiry, scheduling, service update and customer-support texts only after affirmative SMS opt-in. Collecting a phone number or accepting general terms does not grant SMS consent. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help; contact info@squeaky.club for assistance.

We do not share mobile opt-in information or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. We retain consent decisions, exact disclosure version, timestamps and limited audit metadata to enforce preferences and demonstrate compliance. Operations, bookings and SMS sending remain paused. No marketing subscription is included.

Manage your optional SMS preference at /sms. A STOP request revokes future customer-care messages; HELP provides assistance without re-enrolling you.

• Beaverton

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee to cover the reserved time slot and crew scheduling.

Payment is due upon service completion. Recurring clients are billed on the agreed schedule established at the time of booking.

Squeaky Club reserves the right to decline or discontinue service at our discretion, including for reasons of safety, access, or conduct.

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the cost of the service rendered.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
